      I am in a perpetual state of scatterbrain!! LOL. It keeps me in a state of analysis paralysis. I find that I re-hash things in my mind and second-guess myself constantly because my head isn't clear.

    Tanya this episode is so VALUE PACKED, and timely for me that I do not know where to begin!!! Thank you sooo much. The paralysis which I experience as a result of scatterbrain is at the top of my list of greatest challenges. The way you breakdown the Brain Dump Book, and the absolute must of never going to bed without knowing the what and the when of what you are supposed to be doing the next day is priceless, life changing, and I know with implementation, I see a breakthrough coming on. Thank you so very much for all you give, and for being you!!! 😃 ❤️. 💙. 🙌🏽. 😇

    These are such great tips! You are so right about the time block. I've learned that simply writing down a task as a "to do" for a certain day isn't necessarily good enough. (That's more like your brain dump). For me, if I don't actually schedule in the task with a specific start time and end time, then it's more likely that I'll keep moving that task around from day to day to day, and maybe it will eventually get done ....or not. LOL 😜😆

    These are great tips! The first thing I learned is that I really need to know what my "levers" are! I will be planning this out tonight. #2. Is time blocking and having my next day planned the night before. I used to do this and have gotten away from it and want to get back to it. And lastly, to get rid of my scatter brain is just having a notebook with me at all times so I can write down everything in one place. I have a lot of photo's and notes everywhere. UGH. Thank you for sharing!!

    I am so scatterbrained! I recognized myself in a lot of these comments. As a somewhat new entrepreneur (just over a year), I find a lot of shiny objects that get me distracted. Gotta start batching my videos rather than just doing them the day before posting on LinkedIn!

    Love the brain dump notebook 🙌 I seriously have SO many of them but then I forget what I started writing in which one 🤦‍♀️
    Do you have it setup for daily “brain dump” of just jot down whatever wherever??? Thanks

    • @TanyaAlizaTV
      @TanyaAlizaTV  2 года назад

      @Julie Jabs Great question! I would suggest to only have 1 notebook, so take some time to consolidate what you have into one, or create a new one/start from scratch. I would schedule a specific time on my calendar to do my brain dump and also pick a usual location and leave the brain dump book notebook there. All of these things will make it easier for you to create a habit and consistently do it. Hope this helps!

    Thank you, Tanya! This episode answered a question that I have always had on my mind. I have been so overwhelmed today because I feel that I want to do so many things but then I realized that it is more about me feeling that "I have to do so many things " and it is entirely different. Today, I am prioritizing my top goals and will set aside those that do not have to take my time because as you say, time is the most expensive commodity, and today, I have never felt more sure about which of my platforms I am devoting my attention to. I follow you everywhere---- IG, Facebook and I'm subscribed to your email DL. I do have a brain dump book too yay! Today is going to be thw first day of the rest of my business life! I appreciate you!
